One fixed monthly fee
Your engagement is scoped up front and billed as a single transparent monthly rate. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices — budget for your finance function the way you budget for rent.

A six-month start, then month-to-month
Building a high-output finance infrastructure takes time, so we ask for an initial six-month commitment. After that, the agreement moves to flexible month-to-month terms.

Onboarded in about a week
Most clients are fully onboarded in roughly one week. The main variable is how quickly we can get access to your systems, bank feeds, and records.

Requests, documents, approvals and deliverables live in your Karbon client portal, so nothing gets lost in email and you always know what's in progress.

How long does it take to get onboarded?
Typically about one week. The timeline can run longer if access to the necessary applications and records is delayed.
Do you require a long-term commitment?
We ask for an initial six-month commitment, because top-tier talent and a high-output finance infrastructure take time to put in place. After that, the agreement moves to a flexible month-to-month basis.
Do you work with in-house finance and HR teams?
Yes. We work alongside in-house finance and HR staff, providing guidance and support and acting as a fractional CFO to elevate strategy, structure, and performance.
