ProAdvisor is Intuit's program for accounting professionals who work with QuickBooks, and Platinum is one of its higher tiers, reflecting the firm's level of QuickBooks experience and client work. Our team also includes a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, and the firm is a Certified QuickBooks Payroll ProAdvisor.
Can you migrate us from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online?
Yes. We plan the migration, move your data, check that balances match after the move and clean up anything that did not convert correctly. We also take the opportunity to improve the chart of accounts and set up bank feeds and rules in the new file.
Our QuickBooks file is a mess. Is it better to start over?
Sometimes, but not always. It depends on how much history you need, how far back the problems go and what reporting you rely on. We assess the file and recommend either a clean-up or a fresh start with opening balances, explaining the trade-offs before any work begins.
Is our financial data secure with you?
We work inside your own QuickBooks Online file with user-level access you control, and we exchange documents through a secure Karbon client portal rather than email attachments. You can review and remove access at any time.
